On behalf of the employment agencies and job centers, we offer a wide range of services for job seekers and the unemployed. Our offerings range from application training and coaching to placement services and continuing education programs. The latter range from short seminars to multi-year retraining programs.
The transition from school to work presents challenges for many young people. With target group-specific support programs such as vocational preparatory training measures (BvB), assisted training (AsA flex), off-the-job vocational training (BaE), career guidance with language support (BOplus), and many other services, we pave the way for adolescents and young adults to enter a wide variety of apprenticeships.
For trainees who experience difficulties at vocational school or in the workplace during their training, we offer support such as training support with language support (ABplus) as part of the state project "Integrated Business" or Assisted Training Flexible (AsA flex). We also offer special exam preparation courses to improve their chances of passing the final exam.
Our services for employees range from seminars at our Bad Nauheim Education Center to literacy and basic education programs and comprehensive professional development.
Teachers take on a complex and demanding role with significant social significance. Our teaching programs are designed to provide targeted support in meeting the challenges of daily life. We focus on current topics and a strong practical focus. In addition to a public continuing education program, we also offer in-house training.
With the services of our Health, Rehabilitation & Inclusion business unit, we support young people with disabilities in entering the workforce and pave the way for adults with health impairments to return to work. We support employees with a recognized severe disability and their employers in securing their employment.
Our programs for students begin in 7th grade. They range from competency assessments to in-depth career guidance and school social work to career entry support.
Professional participation is of great importance for the social integration of people seeking protection from war and persecution in our country.
