The "Coaching Plus" project is aimed at job seekers who would like support in their reintegration process.

Target audience

Job seekers who receive benefits from the Federal Employment Agency [SGB III].

Goals

With the "Coaching Plus" project, we provide you with individual support for your re-entry into the job market.

Content & Services

Building on the experiences and strengths of each individual, we utilize a wide range of support and qualification opportunities, which we tailor to individual needs:

• Competence assessment
• Optimizing your application documents
• Overview of the regional and supra-regional labor market
• Digital working world, Work 4.0
• Career guidance is available if needed, taking into account personal strengths, knowledge and skills as well as personal circumstances.
• Development and optimization of your self-marketing strategy [analog + digital]
• Profile creation
• Profile sharpening and setting of the applicant profile in the JOB SEARCH of the employment agency as well as in other suitable job portals
• If needed, advice on and development of career alternatives.
• Support and guidance throughout the application process, including the provision of necessary digital skills.
• Mediation support

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is 12 weeks. Consultation appointments, totaling 2 hours per week, will be scheduled individually with you. Small group coaching sessions are offered on a mandatory basis, either in the morning or afternoon [Monday to Friday]. In addition, you will complete a work placement during your participation to ensure a smooth transition to employment.
