The "Coaching Plus" project is aimed at job seekers who would like support in their reintegration process.

Target group

Job seekers who receive benefits from the Employment Agency [SGB III].

Goals

With the "Coaching Plus" project, we provide you with individual support in your re-entry into the job market.

Content & Services

Building on the experiences and strengths of each individual, we offer a variety of support and qualification opportunities, which we tailor to meet individual needs:

• Competency assessment
• Optimizing your application documents
• Overview of the regional and supra-regional labor market
• Digital working world, Work 4.0
• If necessary, professional guidance taking into account personal strengths, knowledge and skills as well as the personal situation
• Development and optimization of your self-marketing strategy [analog + digital]
• Profiling
• Sharpening the profile and setting up the applicant profile in the JOB SEARCH of the Employment Agency and in other suitable job exchanges
• If necessary, advice on and development of career alternatives
• Support and guidance in the application process, including the acquisition of required digital skills
• Placement support

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is 12 weeks. The consultation appointments, each lasting two hours per week, are coordinated with you individually. The small group coaching sessions are offered in the mornings or afternoons (Monday - Friday). During your participation, you will also complete a company placement to ensure a smooth transition to your job.

The BWNW is carrying out the project on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency.
