Elfi mini - long-term support for educators in Integration mini

The project "Elfi" is aimed at parents without guaranteed childcare who want to return to working life and are given individual support and advice.

Target group

Both male and female educators with a minimum language level of A2. Childcare for this target group is
not guaranteed. The children are between 1 and 6 years old.

Goals

The Elfi project aims to support educators after their parenting time to successfully return to work with children.

Content & Services

• Ensuring childcare: Learn how to organize reliable and flexible childcare to successfully combine work and family life

We also offer support with:

• Overview/Orientation of the Labor Market: Gain insights into the current labor market and learn about potential career fields and opportunities.
• Developing career prospects: Together we will develop ways to translate your individual skills and interests into career prospects.
• Information on integration assistance: Learn more about support measures that can help you re-enter the job market.

Duration & Course

The participation period is 6 months, with the option to extend for a maximum of 3 months. Individual coaching sessions of 1 hour per week will be coordinated with you individually.
