Elfi mini - Promoting long-term integration for educators mini

The "Elfi" project is aimed at parents without guaranteed childcare who want to return to work and receive individual support and advice.

Target audience

Both male and female caregivers with a minimum language level of A2. Childcare is available for this target group.
Not guaranteed. The children are between 1 and 6 years old.

Goals

The Elfi project aims to support parents in successfully returning to professional life with their children after their parental leave.

Content & Services

  • Ensuring childcare: Learn how to organize reliable and flexible childcare to successfully combine work and family life.

We also offer support with:

  • Job market overview/orientation: Gain insights into the current job market and learn about potential career fields and opportunities.
  • Developing career prospects: Together we will explore ways to translate your individual skills and interests into career prospects.
  • Information on integration assistance: Learn more about support measures that can make it easier for you to re-enter the job market.

Duration & Course

The participation period is 6 months with the option to extend by a maximum of 3 months. Individual coaching sessions, each lasting 1 hour per week, will be scheduled with you individually.
