Integration of Ukrainian women
The project “Integration of Ukrainian Women (IuF)” supports Ukrainian women in gradually arriving in Germany and developing new professional perspectives.
Target audience
- Women with a refugee or migration background (especially from Ukraine)
- Receipt of benefits under the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II)
- Basic or limited German language skills
- Motivation to find career direction and develop new perspectives
Goals
- Developing a realistic career perspective
- Identifying and strengthening individual skills and resources
- Gradual introduction to the training and job market
- Support for integration into employment
- Strengthening self-confidence and initiative
- Improving orientation in everyday life and in the German system
- Building stability in personal and social areas of life
Content & Services
- Individual consultation and personal support
- Support with everyday questions and social issues
- Career guidance and development of professional goals
- Application training and creation of application documents
- Preparation for job interviews in German
- Support with job searching
- Improving German language skills for professional purposes
- Training in communication in everyday life and in the work context
- Use of computers, the internet, and digital application processes
- Information about work, rights and life in Germany
- Health, stress management and stabilization
- Group workshops and individual coaching
- Practical exercises, training sessions, and operational insights
Duration & Course
Entry into the program is flexible. Participation typically lasts three months and can be extended if needed. Participants attend approximately 15 hours per week, spread over several days. The program combines group workshops with individual coaching.
