Integration of rehabilitation patients into the labor market [InRAM]
The InRAM instrument [Integration of disabled people into the labor market] aims to create the conditions for permanent integration into the primary labor market through individual, needs-based stabilization and qualification.
Target audience
The offer is aimed at people with disabilities who require integration support measures for professional reintegration and for whom integration into the primary labor market can be expected after completion of the measure.
Goals
The goal is to permanently integrate the participants into the primary labor market.
Content & Services
Preparation phase [3 months]
- Situational analysis: Assessment of the professional and personal situation and development of a realistic self-image
- Career guidance: Developing career prospects for the participants
Integration phase [3 - 5 months]
- Qualification: Imparting, reactivating and deepening general and job-specific skills and knowledge
- Placement: Preparation for and placement in employment on the primary labor market
- Stabilization: To stabilize the participants, we provide support throughout the entire course of the program.
Throughout the entire period, company internships are possible for orientation, assessment of workload, trial or training.
Duration & Course
The standard individual funding period is generally 6 months, but in special cases it can be 8 months. Due to the individualized nature of the funding, ongoing enrollment is possible.
The duration of individual weekly participation can range between 20 and 39 hours per participant.
Financial support
The Kassel employment agency decides on the allocation.
