The goal of the program is to facilitate integration into the job and training market. Pro Gesundheit offers you personalized support, taking your personal goals and opportunities into account, during the application process and in the integration into permanent employment. You have the opportunity for goal-oriented and individualized planning of your professional future, as well as intensive support in preparing appropriate and tailored application documents, taking into account employment appropriate to your condition.

Goals

This project encompasses all activities aimed at activating and supporting participants in their long-term integration into employment subject to social insurance contributions. These include introducing participants to the labor market, identifying, reducing, or eliminating barriers to employment, and stabilizing employment.

Duration & Course

The individual assignment period is determined by the beneficiary and is at least 4 and at most 9 months.
