Integration measure for participation in working life
The integration measure for participation in working life aims to successfully and sustainably place people who can no longer perform their professional activities due to health restrictions into healthy jobs and offers the opportunity to try out other, health-friendly work areas.
Target group
People who are unable to continue their current job due to health reasons. Approval from the responsible rehabilitation funding agency is required.
Goals
The aim of the offer is integration into the primary labor market.
Content & Services
Theory phase [2 months]
- Advice, information and orientation
- Development of individual application strategy, self-marketing
- Creating an application portfolio
- Personality and application training
- Communication training
- labor market analysis
- Support for integration / accompanying placement activities
- Developing media literacy regarding job advertisements and applications
- IT course: [individual support]
Practical phase [7 months]
Health-friendly practical testing in different companies/businesses including individual coaching.

March to November & September to May [9 months each]

Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 3:30 pm
If required, flexible theoretical and practical support to promote opportunities
Vacation
18 days after specification/agreement
Financial support
Funding is provided by the rehabilitation funding agency.
