People with health restrictions who can no longer perform their current occupation and would like to get back on their feet professionally require specific support in their professional reorientation.

This is where our offering comes in. Reha Aktiv focuses on healthy integration into the job market. Services include a high degree of individuality, flexibility, and proximity to the company. Participants go through phases of orientation and training, followed by an intensive qualification phase. Our interdisciplinary team of rehabilitation educators, certified psychologists, specialist trainers, and lecturers will support you throughout the entire program and provide you with advice.

Target group

This program is aimed at people with health impairments who are unable to continue their current occupation, or who are only able to work for less than three hours or only three to six hours in their most recent job. Approval from the responsible rehabilitation funding provider is required for participation.

Content & Services

The offer is divided into the following two phases:

Orientation/training phase [3 months]

• Personal advice on career orientation
• Individual process planning
• Application and personality training
• Teaching key qualifications
• IT training
• Refreshing school knowledge
• Support in job search
• Psychological support sessions if necessary

Qualification phase [6 months]

• Work trials in various occupational fields that correspond to the health situation [trial duration 8 – 12 weeks each]
• If necessary, inter-company training and further education

Duration & Course

RehaAktiv lasts a maximum of nine months and is divided into two phases: the orientation and training phases, and the on-the-job qualification phase. Early termination of the program is possible at any time upon transfer to a job subject to compulsory insurance.

If necessary, follow-up care of a maximum of 6 months will follow.

Financial support

Funding is provided by vocational rehabilitation funding bodies.
