Economy integrated / for people

"Business Integrated" is a statewide project of the Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs. Within the framework of a continuous support chain consisting of the funding modules "Job Orientation BO ^plus ," "Introductory Qualification EQ ^plus ," and "Training Support AB ^plus ," people in need of German language support receive career guidance until they successfully complete their training.

Business Integrated is coordinated by the Educational Institute of the Hessian Economy eV and carried out in cooperation with educational institutions, primarily in the Hessian skilled trades.

Target group

• People who have an increased need for language support [initial language level between A2 and B1, i.e. communication in a simple conversation is possible],
• are not yet sufficiently career-oriented and have a fundamental interest in dual vocational training.

Goals

• Career orientation
• Acquisition of job-related German language skills
• Dealing with values and norms in everyday life and the professional world
• Starting an entry-level qualification or training
• successful completion of training

Content & Services

The following services are offered as part of all funding modules: Career Orientation BO ^plus , Entry Qualification EQ ^plus and Training Support AB ^plus .

• Vocational language training
• Integration support
• Socio-educational support

During the BO ^plus program, a career-related field test is also conducted. The EQ ^plus and AB ^plus programs also include support and remedial instruction.

The duration depends on the respective funding module.

Financial support

The project “Integrated Economy” is funded by the European Social Fund, the State of Hesse, the employment agencies and the job centers with the support of the skilled trades’ educational institutions.

In addition to the funding institutions, cooperation partners include the Hesse Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency, the Hessian Chamber of Crafts and the Association of Hessian Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
