Support services accompanying retraining [ubH]

The retraining support services [ubH] represent a support offer for company-based trainees in dual retraining occupations.

With this offer, we support the trainees at the beginning of their retraining by helping them catch up on the missing subject matter, as trainees start in the second year of vocational school due to the shortened training period.

Target audience

The offer is aimed at people who have started a retraining program.

Goals

During the retraining process, ubH provides assistance with

• Gaps in the subject theory
• Problems in the learning process

and specifically prepare students for the final exams.

Content & Services

• German for professional purposes
• Economics and Social Studies
• Vocational Mathematics
• Vocational theory
• English
• Presentation techniques and communication
• Stress management
• Exam preparation

Duration & Course

ubH is offered in small groups for a maximum of 6 teaching units per week, including learning process support, after scheduling coordination with the retraining companies.

Financial support

Funding is possible through an education voucher from the employment agency or the job center.
