Economy integrated / for companies
"Integrated Business, " a statewide project of the Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy, Transport and Housing, supports companies in tapping into their skilled workforce. Company-based qualification and training activities are complemented by seamless support and guidance for young people within the project modules "Introductory Qualification EQ plus" and "Training Support AB plus ." The program includes ongoing career-related language training, integration support, and socio-educational support.
Business Integrated is coordinated by the Hessian Business Education Association and is carried out in cooperation with educational institutions, primarily in the Hessian skilled trades, and with the support of the chambers of commerce.
Target group
The offer is aimed at training and internship companies at the Chambers of Industry and Commerce, Chambers of Crafts and the liberal professions.

- Pre-selection of young people for entry-level qualification and training based on specific company requirements
- Complementing company qualification and training activities through seamless support and guidance for young people: continuous job-related language training and integration support as well as socio-educational support

The project “Integrated Economy” is funded by the European Social Fund, the State of Hesse, the employment agencies and the job centers with the support of the skilled trades’ educational institutions.
In addition to the funding institutions, cooperation partners include the Hesse Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency, the Hessian Chamber of Crafts and the Association of Hessian Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
