Integrated economy / for companies
The "Wirtschaft integriert" (Economy Integrated) project, a statewide initiative of the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport and Housing, supports businesses in developing their skilled workforce potential. Company-based qualification and training activities are complemented by seamless support and guidance for young people through the project modules "Einstiegsqualifizierung EQ plus" (Entry Qualification EQ plus) and "Ausbildungsbegleitung AB plus" ( Training Support AB plus). The program includes continuous, job-related language support, integration assistance, and socio-educational support.
The "Wirtschaft integriert" (Economy Integrated) project is coordinated by the Education Center of the Hessian Economy e. V. and carried out in cooperation with educational institutions, primarily of the Hessian trades, and with the support of the chambers of commerce.
Target audience
The offer is aimed at training and internship companies affiliated with the Chambers of Industry and Commerce, Chambers of Skilled Crafts and the liberal professions.

- Pre-selection of young people for entry-level qualifications and training based on specific company requirements
- Supplementing company-based qualification and training activities with seamless support and guidance for young people: continuous job-related language support and integration assistance, as well as socio-educational support.
- Advice regarding responsibilities, support with grant applications, contract drafting, and questions concerning training authorizations.

"Wirtschaft integriert" (Economy Integrated ) is a project of the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Areas. It is a program currently funded by the State of Hesse, the employment agencies, and the job centers, which enables people with increased language support needs to access vocational training.
Cooperation partners include the above-mentioned funding institutions, the regional directorate of Hesse of the Federal Employment Agency, the Hessian Crafts Association and the Hessian Chamber of Industry and Commerce Association.
