The work of our operational divisions is supported by the BWHW's central departments: Digital Services, Policy Issues, Payroll, Human Resources, Quality Management, and Administration & Finance.

Employees

The Bildungswerk der Nordhessischen Wirtschaft gGmbH (Educational Center for the North Hessian Economy) currently employs around 140 permanent staff and approximately 100 freelancers. The vast majority hold degrees in social pedagogy, psychology, social sciences, economics, or engineering. Many of them completed vocational training prior to their studies. In addition, there are numerous master craftsmen, technicians, and business administrators. We promote additional qualifications through targeted personnel development.
