Digitization Suitability Assessment Office [Digi EFB]
This program helps strengthen digital skills and develop suitable career prospects, particularly in the commercial sector. The goal is to collaboratively identify individual strengths, reduce potential obstacles, and improve opportunities for secure employment with social security benefits. Participants receive personalized support through coaching, counseling, and practical training. This includes career guidance, digital skills training, application coaching, and active job search assistance. Furthermore, participants receive ongoing support after securing employment to ensure long-term stability.

Application & Job Search
- Creation and improvement of application documents
- Online applications and use of the job search function of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and other job portals
- Training in job interviews and self-presentation
Individual support & coaching

Duration & Course
The individual participation period is three months.
