Digitization Suitability Assessment Office [Digi EFB]

This program helps strengthen digital skills and develop suitable career prospects, particularly in the commercial sector. The goal is to collaboratively identify individual strengths, reduce potential obstacles, and improve opportunities for secure employment with social security benefits. Participants receive personalized support through coaching, counseling, and practical training. This includes career guidance, digital skills training, application coaching, and active job search assistance. Furthermore, participants receive ongoing support after securing employment to ensure long-term stability.

Start and orientation

• Analysis of your personal situation, strengths and goals
• Support with career guidance
• Overview of professions and the job market

Digital basics & IT skills

• Using computers, the internet and email
• Working with programs like Word and Excel
• Safe handling of digital media and online services

Application & Job Search

• Creation and improvement of application documents
• Online applications and use of the job search function of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and other job portals
• Training in job interviews and self-presentation

Individual support & coaching

• regular individual consultations and group coaching
• Help with personal challenges
• Support throughout the entire offer

Practical testing

• Insight into companies through internships
• Getting to know workflows and requirements

Mediation & Stabilization

• Support in taking up employment or training
• Follow-up support to secure the job in the long term

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is three months.
