Support

The modular "Support" project focuses on intensive individual coaching and support in finding employment subject to social security contributions. Experienced BWNW staff – job coaches, application trainers, and social workers – accompany the participants. They benefit from our experience as an educational institution and our excellent networks with companies and associations.

The aim of the "support" program is the successful transition into employment subject to social security contributions. Participants receive intensive support and active guidance throughout the placement process, based on their individual circumstances.

Duration & Course

Entry is possible weekly. The individual assignment duration must be agreed upon in advance with the case worker at the employment agency.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the Bad Hersfeld-Fulda Employment Agency.
