"HealthPro" – Setting impulses – Shaping perspectives, learning to act & discovering interests

The project aims to activate participants based on strengthened self-efficacy and to sustainably promote motivation and self-confidence through new, positive experiences. We support the generation of ideas and the development of perspectives for individual futures through a close integration of theoretical and practical components. In doing so, we awaken interest in exploring new paths and actively discovering one's own potential. We guide participants in developing realistic career plans, implementing initial steps, and approaching medium- and long-term goals in a structured manner. Through targeted reflection, we provide orientation regarding existing competencies, promote their further development, and create space for discovering new abilities.

In addition, we offer supplementary, needs-based support through individual coaching. This provides assistance with everyday challenges as well as health or personal burdens, thus contributing to holistic stabilization and development.

Target audience

The participants are job seekers who typically have one or more destabilizing factors present at the same time.
