Setting “ProHealth” impulses – an individual, action-oriented transfer of interests

The goal of the project is to activate your self-efficacy and strengthen your motivation and self-confidence through new, positive experiences. The development of ideas and perspectives for your future is based on the close integration of theoretical and practical components. We will awaken your interest in exploring new paths. We will support you in developing your career path, taking your first steps, and approaching long-term goals in a structured manner. You will gain insight into your own competencies, be able to further develop your skills, and explore new ones. In addition, you will receive support through individual coaching for everyday problems and/or health challenges.

Target group

The participants are job seekers who usually have one or more destabilising factors.

Content & Services

Through individual and group sessions, as well as practical project work on a variety of topics, you'll gain many new insights and grow in confidence in your own abilities. Building on this, we'll work with you to plan your professional future.
