People with health restrictions who can no longer perform their current occupation and would like to get back on their feet professionally require specific support in their professional reorientation.
Time and again, people with serious limitations in their ability to function are referred to workshops for people with disabilities, who, with targeted individual support, have a good chance of being integrated into the general labor market.
