CONSULTING SERVICE FROM ONE SOURCE

The Single Contact Points for Employers [EAA] in the Hessian local authorities of Kassel (district and city) and the Werra-Meißner district provide information, advice and support to companies on all issues relating to the recruitment, training and employment of severely disabled people.

The EAA provides companies with a professional and independent service that guides employers through the sometimes confusing funding jungle.

Especially in light of the shortage of skilled workers, inclusion can be part of the solution. Severely disabled people are often high-performing, motivated, and well-qualified. They represent an interesting potential for companies.

The EAA cooperates with the Hesse Integration Office, the employment agencies, job centers, pension and accident insurance providers, and integration services. Further information for employers on the EAA's work can be found at www.eaa-hessen.de.
