"JobAs" - Job coaching and assisted placement

Our offering provides the customer with a total of four modules with different objectives and content focuses.

Target audience

The offer is aimed at those entitled to benefits under the German Social Code Book II/III (SGB II/SGB III) who need support in the application process.

Goals

"JobAs" helps to discover skills and resources and to develop a targeted application strategy. The goal of the individual coaching is to provide the tools for a successful application.

Content & Services

The content is tailored to individual needs and differs within each module.

Module 1: Activation and Orientation

• Developing an application strategy
• Your skills and resources - location and potential analysis
• Analysis of your previous job application efforts
• Developing career alternatives and perspectives
• Performing a geva test
• Support with formalities/applications
• Developing an application strategy

Module 2. Application Coaching -

• Creating application documents
• Creating your personal application documents, from cover letter to resume
• Creating a digital application photo
• Development and creation of your application strategy

Module 3: Active Job Search – Assisted Placement

• Active job search (analysis + matching)
• Processing of mediation proposals
• Application methods (including written, online, unsolicited)
• Job boards (including the BA job board)
• Developing a self-marketing strategy
• Sending application documents
• Support in contacting the employer

Module 4: Communication training – Preparation for job interviews

• Phases of the job interview
• Developing a communication strategy for job interviews
• Preparation/training for job interviews (including appearance, list of questions, reaction to difficult questions)
• Accompaniment to job interviews (if required)

Module 5: Workplace Health Management

• Physical and mental health
• Self-organization and healthy routine
• Open communication about burdens
• Prevention and the future

Module 6: Digital Transformation | Artificial Intelligence

• Labor market 4.0
• Digital basics | AI tools
• Challenges and risks
• Self-efficacy and change

Duration & Course

Module 1 = 12 units of 45 minutes each.

Module 2 = 16 units of 45 minutes each.

Module 3 = 36 units of 45 minutes each.

Module 4 = 18 units of 45 minutes each.

Module 5 = 6 units of 45 minutes each.

Module 6 = 6 units of 45 minutes each.
