LevelUP

LevelUP supports young people in shaping their professional future step by step. Through individual mentoring, practical projects, and work placements, we strengthen motivation, skills, and perspectives – with the goal of sustainable integration into apprenticeships or employment. In diverse projects covering digitalization, artificial intelligence, social media, robotics, as well as woodworking, metalworking, painting, and domestic science, participants discover their strengths and test their professional abilities. Supplemented by job camp phases at companies, application training, language support, basic instruction, and a daily healthy meal, we provide targeted preparation for apprenticeships and employment.
