Integration support
The aim of this course is to broaden participants' perspectives and develop a view toward employment that aligns with their personal interests and abilities. Starting with their individual wishes and goals, the course offers participants the opportunity to rediscover personal resources and skills that they may have overlooked or forgotten due to years of unemployment. The clear goal of a desired job that matches their personal interests and allows them to utilize their skills and knowledge generates a high level of motivation for pursuing this path. This close alignment increases the likelihood of a sustainable career path. Furthermore, the course aims to strengthen participants' self-confidence and communication skills.
