Integration support

The aim of the course is to broaden the perspective and develop a job prospect that matches the participants' personal interests and abilities. It is based on their individual wishes and goals, giving participants the opportunity to rediscover their personal resources and abilities, which they themselves may not have realized or may no longer recognize due to years of unemployment. By clearly setting the goal of a dream job that matches their personal interests and in which participants can realize their skills and knowledge, a high level of motivation is generated to pursue this path. This perfect fit increases the prospect of this prospect developing sustainably. Furthermore, the participants' self-confidence and communication skills are to be strengthened.

This project supports two modules and is carried out in an individual setting.
